You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not use this site to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content, or to interfere with the operation of the site. We reserve the right to terminate access to any user who violates these terms or misuses the platform.

All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing on this site are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly. Colors displayed on screen may vary from the actual product due to monitor calibration and display settings. We recommend requesting a sample before committing to large orders.

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you submit is accurate. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

We ship via FedEx Ground to all 50 U.S. states. Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Actual delivery times may vary based on destination and carrier conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. For freight and bulk orders, please contact us directly at sales@paintsforboats.com for a shipping quote.

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original, factory-sealed condition. We do not accept returns on opened products, custom-mixed orders, or hazardous materials that have been shipped. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product in acceptable condition. To initiate a return, contact sales@paintsforboats.com with your order number and reason for return.

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions, is the property of PaintsForBoats.com or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Our total liability for any claim related to your use of this site or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
